Thank you for deciding to report to the University - we appreciate that for many reasons people may not feel comfortable reporting with their details therefore this online form allows you to report anonymously.

If an assault has just taken place and you are not in a safe place, feel at risk, or have any injuries that require urgent attention, call the emergency services on 999.

If you choose to report anonymously we will not ask you for any personal identifiable details. Please note that we will not be able to offer direct advice or begin an official complaint process.

The information you provide anonymously will remain confidential. Anonymous reports provide us with statistical and monitoring information, which is used to inform our proactive and preventative work on tackling sexual violence, harassment and hate crime.

Before you continue, please consider if you’d prefer to report and speak confidentially to an adviser - this will allow you to speak to a specially trained member of staff, make an official complaint and be referred for specific support.
